In 2021, I co-founded — and now lead UX for — FairWhistle, a startup platform designed to improve the game day operations, compliance, and relationships within professional soccer.

FairWhistle promotes healthy dialogue between professional soccer teams, officials, and the leagues. The platform provides assessments, communication tools, and other features that allow each party to initiate conflict, have transparent discussions, and resolve issues.

Mobile Flows

Certain assessments are completed on the go — on fields, team buses, and airplanes. We have spent additional time designing mobile-friendly UIs that allow for quick, timely, and convenient completion.

Game Day Operations

Officials also have an important role in FairWhistle — assessing game day operations, field conditions, player conduct, and more. Referees provide the official record of the match, which is then sent to the league and partner statistical and operational platforms.

TeamKit

TeamKit lets teams choose their game day jerseys and coordinate their decision with other teams, officials, and the league. The result is posted in team locker rooms and sent to broadcast partners.

FairWhistle is a data collection and analytics platform. We work to promote healthy conflict in professional soccer and provide analytics that help the league foster long-term learning and growth.
